We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 【30 days】 of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (if applicable).

How to Start a Return

Email support@thearchivistdesk.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Item(s) you want to return

  3. Reason for return + photos if damaged/incorrect

We’ll reply within 【24–48 hours】 with next steps.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 【3–7 business days】 depending on your bank/payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 【48 hours】 of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

Exchanges

We currently 【offer / do not offer】 direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is 【paid by the customer】 unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are 【non-refundable / refundable】.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items with visible wear, damage, or missing parts caused after delivery
